Suasana pun semakin riuh saat keluarga Toni Sihombing menarik Rina Nasution keluar gereja.
Pihak keluarga Toni Sihombing dan sanak saudaranya merasa tertipu oleh Rina, yang mengaku sudah tidak punya suami sah.
Mengetahui Rina masih memiliki suami sah, keluarga mempelai pria pun tidak terima.
Cincin emas tanda cinta antara Toni Sihombing dan Rina Nasution pun dipaksa keluarga Toni Sihombing dibuka di depan gereja.
“Penipu dia. Penipu dia. Katanya janda ternyata dia masih punya suami, tiga anak yang sah,” teriak salah seorang pria di halaman HKBP Delitua.
Saat suasana heboh tersebut, beberapa orang tampak berusaha membawa Rina Nasution ke kantor polisi.
Tak ingin digiring ke kantor polisi, Rina pun meronta-ronta karena menolak dibawa.
Ia pun tampak menangis dan tidak terima diperlakukan begitu oleh pihak keluarga Toni Sihombing.
Rina pun berusaha hendak ikut bersama kekasihnya Toni Sihombing.
Namun keluarga Toni langsung menghadang dan melarang Rina mendekati Toni Sihombing.
Pihak Polsek Delitua yang mendengar keributan tersebut langsung mendatangi lokasi untuk melakukan pengamananan.
Tampak di lokasi Panit I Reskrim Ipda Bambang Wahid SH, Iptu AT Pakpahan SH dan Ipda Koster Aritonang SH Panit II Babinkamtibmas.
Tak mau terjadi kericuhan yang lebih besar, Rina Nasution, yang masih mengenakan pakaian perkawinan langsung dibawa petugas Shabara ke Polsek Delitua.
Di Polsek Delitua, Rina boru Nasution dibawa ke ruang Kanit Binmas.
”Kita konseling dulu wanita ini dengan suaminya,” ucap seorang pria di Polsek Delitua.
Kapolsek Delitua Kompol Efianto mengatakan, benar pihaknya telah memediasi sepasang pengantin yang gagal menikah tersebut.
“Kejadian tersebut terjadi pada Selasa (15/10/2019) pukul 11.00 WIB. Di mana Eka Agustina (pihak ketiga) bersama keluarganya yang datang dari Pematangsiantar melaporkan bahwa istri sahnya mau melangsungkan pernikahan dengan laki-laki lain tanpa persetujuannya. Pernikahan berlangsung di Gereja HKBP Deli Tua, dan menambahkan acara pernikahan tersebut telah dihentikannya,” kata Efianto dikutip TribunJakarta dari TribunMedan.
Demi menghindari hal-hal yang tak diinginkan pihak polisi mengamankan pengantin wanita ke kantor Polsek Delitua.
“Kemudian untuk menghindari hal hal yang tidak diinginkan. Atas permintaan keluarga Toni Afrizal Sihombing, agar pengantin wanita dibawa ke kantor polisi karena diduga telah menipu dengan mengaku sebagai janda,” ungkapnya.
Tiga pihak yang terlibat dalam peristiwa itu juga telah dimediasi oleh pihak kepolisian.
“Kami mengumpulkan ketiga pihak untuk mencari penyelesaian. Hasilnya, kesepakatan Toni dan Rina batal menikah. Keduanya memutuskan hubungan dan tidak mempunyai hubungan apapun,” katanya, Selasa (15/10/2019) malam.
Lebih lanjut dijelaskan Kapolsek, antara Rina dan suami sahnya, sepakat menyelesaikan permasalahan mereka bersama keluarga mereka di Pematangsiantar dengan cara baik-baik tanpa ada kekerasan.
“Setelah kami mediasi, semua pihak bersedia menandatangani pernyataan bersama. Bahwa permasalahan akan diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan tanpa kekerasan,” pungkasnya.
Penjelasan Gereja HKBP
Atas peristiwa pembatalan pernikahan tersebut, pihak Gereja HKBP pun memberikan penjelasan melalui pesan singkat yang diterima Wartawan Tribun Medan.
Menurut Pendeta HKBP Delitua, Doli Gultom, pihak yang bertikai sehingga pernikahan ini dibatalkan sudah berdamai dan Rina Nasution sudah dibawa suami sahnya ke Pematangsiantar.
“Nunga diadakan be perdamaian sian pihak Sihombing (calon pengantin pria) kepada suami dari Br. Nasution. Dan boru Nasution i diboan suami sah na ma mulak tu Pematangsiantar (Sudah diadakan perdamaian dari pihak Marga Sihombing kepada suami sah Rina Nasution. Rina boru Nasution pun sudah dibawa ke Pematangsiantar),” ujarnya.
